- How long will it take to get my order?
We aim to ship your order within 2-3 working days, but there may be a slight delay during busy periods such as Christmas and sale periods. We will not be able to guarantee a specific delivery date for your order. Once it is shipped please allow 3 working days for your order to arrive. You will be able to track your item using the Royal Mail tracking service.
2. The item I ordered is faulty/damaged

Our items our made out of 925 Sterling Silver with AAA+ Cubic Zirconia, advanced crystal and Swarovski elements. We have used SGS testing to ensure our products are lead free, nickel free and chromium free, meeting the best quality standards.
